My philosophy of therapy is that we are designed to naturally move towards healing. The therapeutic relationship, developed in a caring and accepting environment, is one aspect that can help you move towards healthier ways of being.

In therapy, it is important to address all aspects of the individual: mind, body, and spirit. I integrate traditional talk therapy with experiential therapy including body-centered therapy to provide a comprehensive approach to treatment. I'll work with you to help you discover and create healthier and happier ways of living.
